Here at the Hatton Arms our philosophy on food is simple; if it’s produced locally we will buy it locally, if it’s not we will buy the best we can.

This practice rings most true when it comes to our meat.

We have sourced some of the best farmers in Cheshire who provide us with the quality produce we have to offer our customers.

Once we have the produce in our hands we want to let it do the talking, so our food will never be fussy.

Our cooking is British too. You may not be familiar with some of our dishes but they have been born out of traditional and often forgotten methods and techniques, mixed with modern recipes and ideas.

In dining with us we hope that you will be inspired to think about where your food comes from and how to use alternative ingredients in order to enjoy the best our country has to offer.
